Compliance Clarity processes the documents you upload for the sole purpose of producing your Affinity compliance package. Each order lives in its own private storage folder that only the packaging team can access.

We collect the details you enter on your order (name, brokerage, email, deal label and optional notes), payment confirmation from our card processor, and the files you upload. We do not sell your information or use your documents for anything other than fulfilling your order.

Download links are tied to your order and expire 7 days after your pack is ready.
